Lg User Agreement Server Error
I called customer service around 8 p.m. They said that the server issue had been fixed on their site. Try again. I made things worse by trying a factory scrap. Before, I could at least see the apps I had already loaded. However, I tried to ”fix” my problem with a new app by following the online instructions and performing a factory scrap. In the end, I completely messed up, since the apps no longer work, because the user agreement cannot be downloaded. Edit: Thank you all! I tried to recharge the agreement the next morning, and by God`s grace, it worked! I think it was a problem on their side! Everything works now (I only checked YouTube, Netflix, lg Content Store). Thanks again, I just broke down the other router. The TV then automatically recognized the correct agreement and the user agreement was downloaded. As the title suggests, I simply can`t do anything but the browser to work on my brand new lg b9 55 oled TV because it doesn`t load the user agreement. I tried all the solutions in the other forums. I tried the speed of my internet via the TV browser (it displays about 50mbps). Someone, please, help me. I`m really angry. Many users report that they cannot load user agreements. Additional reports from members who say that after talking with LG support, servers are down in many countries.
