By controlling your computer via remote support, we can easily help and show you what needs to be done.

All you need to do is

1. Click on the “VMI Remote Support” button, the blue button at the top of the page on the right.
2. If you get a yellow bar at the bottom of the screen – Press okay! – and give our technicians the information.
